I absolutely loved this version of The Tempest. This play works so well with a woman in the role of Prospero. I think it actually works better in many ways, truth be told. Currently watching The Tempest with Helen Mirren as Prospera and Ben Whishaw (who I adore) as Ariel. Because what better way to enjoy the anticipation of a giant snowstorm?
